CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
To prevent disruptions and errors to our order fulfillment process, any cancellation or modification will be charged cancellation/modification fee (10% of order price) after 24 hours. Once package is picked up by courier, order is officially fulfilled. ANY cancellation or modification can NOT be made.
We keep the right of canceling orders are considered as suspicious, or not deliverable. If your order is canceled and refunded without noticing reasons, please contact us on krypteincosmetics@outlook.com with your name and order number to see if it can be fixed.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
- We do not refund, return or replace products based on liking. Please buy responsibly and refrain from purchasing if you're unsure.
- Due to hygienic concerns, all sales on eyeshadows are final once received. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please read the ingredients list carefully to assure that the item you are buying does not contain any ingredients you know you're allergic to. We do NOT offer refund/return for allergic issue.
ITEMS WITH PROBLEMS
If you received items with problems, please email of customer service krypteincosmetics@outlook.com with following informations within 48 hours:
(1) Order Number
(2) Clear photo of items you received with the original packaging
(3) Close-up photo of damaged products
(4) Photo of outside of your shipping box
(5) Photo of inside of your shipping box with packing materials
Damage claims received after the 48 hour period will be ignored. Claims for damaged shipping boxes or damaged boxes where the actual product arrived undamaged will be ignored or denied.

SOLUTION OF ITEMS WITH PROBLEMS
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM(S): If you receive package with missing or incorrect items, we will send replacement, refund or partially refund depending on different circumstance.
DEFECTIVE ITEM(S):
Eyeshadow:
A repressing pack (an acrylic stamp for repress + magnet for depot) will be added into every package with eyeshadow palettes. We do NOT offer replacement for shimmer shadows with slight cracks, you can easily repress it without adding alcohol or anything else. If the damage is not fixable or any matte shade breaks, please contact us to get replacement.
Acrylic Palette:
(1) Scratches on the palette: All acrylic palette is covered by a layer of protection. It is normal that some scratches on the protection piece. Please peel it off and check if there is scratches on the palette. We only hold responsibility for actual scratches on the palette, not the layer of protection. We will send replacement for the damage palette.
(2) Missing Magnets: If you are able to get magnets in local shop, we do recommend you purchase from them, we will refund the price for magnets (maximum: $5). Or we will send magnets to you. The palette is very sturdy, you can just knock magnets into blanks. If it cracks during the process, we will offer a full refund or sending replacement.
(3) Cracks on the back/Broken Magnets: We will ship replacement to you when the stock is sufficient (within a exact timeframe).
If replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued in three days, (shipping cost would be excluded).
ALL REPLACEMENT PACKAGE WILL BE ONLY SENDING ONCE! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGE OF REPLACEMENT PACKAGE.
SALES AND DISCOUNTS
We announce sale information via Email and social media (Instagram @krypteincosmetics). Normally codes are automatically applied, no influencer code (Find available codes HERE) can be stacked. If there's any exclusion, you will find on our post. Discounts will be only applied within the promotional timeframe. We cannot make any price adjustment if you missed the promotion.
All sale is final, non-refundable and replaceable.
