Right of Withdrawal

THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO EU MEMBER STATES ONLY

EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including Sardinia & Sicily), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Madeira & the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic Islands) and Sweden.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason and to return individual or all items to us. Before you exercise your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, please read the following terms carefully. Completion and submission of return form shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of all the listed terms and conditions below.

1. All goods are dispatched from China, resulting in long-distance international transportation. Once the parcel has been shipped, interception is not available. You are required to accept delivery of the parcel and send the item back to our warehouse located in Germany if you wish to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.

Because the limitation of Chinese entity, we cannot enable the service that creating return shipments online. You must get shipping label from the local post office. Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU Article 14(1), the direct return shipping cost shall be borne solely by the consumer.

2. Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period starting upon receipt of goods. If you notify us of withdrawal after this 14-day period expires, we reserve the right to refuse your return under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 9. After submitting your withdrawal notice, goods must be sent back within 14 days; late returns will not be accepted.

3. Due to hygiene reasons, consumer have the statutory right to open outer packaging for inspection purposes ONLY. 

Should any product be delivered damaged, please reach out to customer service promptly to apply for replacements. Direct return and refund without prior consultation is not recommended. (This provision does not affect your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.)

All makeup products should be returned in their original condition and packaging (undamaged and unused). All returns will be carefully checked by us. If a product or its packaging has been opened, damaged, or used (even slightly), we reserve the right to refuse your return, or adjust the corresponding amount due to the resulting reduction in value when refunding items that show signs of use or are damaged.
