SHIPPING COST AND INSURANCE

FREE shipping on all order over $100 (use code FREESHIP, when this code applied, all other codes will not be able to stacked). For order under $100, shipping cost are calculated on the checkout page and is dependent in the delivery location and the weight of the products you choose.

Insurance adds on every package/order with no extra cost. 

 

SHIPPING TIME

Our processing time is 1-7 business days for regular order. During high volume times or sales, it may take slightly longer. Pre-orders will start to ship on the designated start ship date. Pre ordered items and regular items in the same order will ship together at the same time. 

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All order is shipped from China, it normally takes 7-14 business days to reach the final destination. If the package stops over 7 business days, please contact krypteincosmetics@outlook.com , we will report this issue to courier and start relevant insurance process. You will get refund or replacement if it is stopped over 30 business days.

 

CUSTOM AND TAXES

We are not responsible for delays due to custom. We can NOT control how long the customer clearance will take and how much taxes/duties custom will charge. Buyers are responsible for paying any custom charges and taxes/duties that may apply. In the circumstance that taxes/duties are required, this payment is to be made by the buyer prior to receiving the package. KRYPTEIN COSMETICS do NOT hold any liability in paying these fees. If you refuse to pay required fees by custom, your package would not be able to deliver to you. The package will be tagged or labeled "Refused" or "Return To Sender", and the package will not be refunded. Please take not that you agree to this at checkout when you read our store policies.

 

RETURN TO SENDER

Packages that are sent back to us are at the carrier's discretion and are generally not eligible for a refund. In order to avoid, "return to sender", please be sure that the address given to us at checkout is 100% accurate and deliverable. 

If USPS, UPS , FedEx, etc. has trouble delivering your package for any reason, it will not be refunded. Packages tagged or labeled "Refused" or "Return To Sender" will not be refunded. Please take note that you agree to this at checkout when you read our store policies.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Insurance only covers confirmed lost by the courier. We will send replacement package or refund once the situation is confirmed.

If shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the assigned courier to the designated address, we are not responsible for sending a replacement package or issuing a refund.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you received items with problems, please email of customer service krypteincosmetics@outlook.com with following information within 48 hours:

(1) Order Number

(2) Clear photo of items you received with the original packaging

(3) Close-up photo of damaged products

(4) Photo of outside of your shipping box

(5) Photo of inside of your shipping box with packing materials

Damage claims received after the 48 hour period will be ignored. Claims for damaged shipping boxes or damaged boxes where the actual product arrived undamaged will be ignored or denied.

SOLUTION OF ITEMS WITH PROBLEMS

MISSING OR INCORRET ITEM(S): If you receive package with missing or incorrect items, we will send replacement, refund or partially refund depending on different circumstance.

DEFECTIVE ITEM(S):

Eyeshadow:

A repressing pack (an acrylic stamp for repress + magnet for depot) will be added into every package with eyeshadow palettes. We do NOT offer replacement for shimmer shadows with slight cracks, you can easily repress it without adding alcohol or anything else. If the damage is not fixable or any matte shade breaks, please contact krypteincosmetics@outlook.com to get replacement.

Acrylic Palette:

(1) Scratches on the palette: All acrylic palette is covered by a layer of protection. It is normal that some scratches on the protection piece. Please peel it off and check if there is scratches on the palette. We only hold responsibility for scratched palette itself, not the layer of protection. We will send replacement for the damaged palette.

(2) Missing Magnets:  If you are able to get magnets in local shop, we do recommend you purchase from them, we will refund the price for magnets (maximum: $5). Or we will send magnets to you. The palette is very sturdy, you can just knock magnets into blanks. If it cracks during the process, we will offer a full refund.

(3) Cracks on the back/Broken Magnets: We will ship replacement to you when the stock is sufficient (within a exact timeframe).

ALL REPLACEMENT PACKAGE WILL BE ONLY SENDING ONCE! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGE OF REPLACEMENT PACKAGE.
